A little bit about me...
I'm Jac, the face behind Selah.
I'm a mum to Charlotte, Harry & Finn, and building a family together with my husband Greg, is what makes my heart happiest.
I'm a natural light photographer, specialising in newborn, maternity, and family photography within the Blue Mountains and Western Sydney area since 2012. In that eleven years, it's been my absolute joy to photograph hundreds of babies and families, capturing some of life's most beautiful memories and milestones.
For me, photography is about being lead by the heart. It's not just about taking a photo of something or someone, but rather, capturing a feeling, or connection, it's about life, love, and laughter all mixed in with beautiful light!
Photos of people are what inspire me, (especially little people) ones that connect, tell a story, create curiosity or draw you in and reveal something about a person.
My approach to each session is fun and relaxed, where I connect with families to create pictures that truly reflect who they are.
'SELAH' means to pause and reflect, and this is what my photography is all about, capturing moments to pause and reflect upon in days to come.
